"Pasqual's" Story

I attended an educational event Melissa presented on Men’s Health. Due to pelvic tension, I scheduled sessions with Melissa. I discovered that I had a shallow breathing pattern. Melissa gave me breathing exercises and other exercises. She massaged my abdomen and gave me acupuncture. In later appointments she taught me how to use the breathing techniques in my workouts. Now I no longer have tension in my pelvis and the breathing drastically increased my sports performance at the gym. I would highly recommend working with Melissa as she is knowledgeable on Men’s Health.
